Refund of Fee will be admissible only if the student has submitted his/her application for admission complete in all respect with all required certificate and documents but is declared ineligible for not fulfilling the eligibility conditions as per university regulations. The fee paid by such candidate will be refunded after a deduction of 25% of the total amount paid by him/her provided the application of refund has been received by ONLINE CAMPUS within three months from the date of issue of information through Website www.msuonline.net.in or Phone or SMS or Email or Letter by ONLINE CAMPUS declaring the student as ineligible. Amount deposited in excess of the prescribed fees, if any, will also be refunded after deducting 25% of the excess amount on request received from the student within 3 months from the date of deposit. The fee remitted by the applicant shall not be refunded for any of the following reason:
- In case the admission of the candidate is not finalized due to non- payment of fee / dues and other charges or a part thereof within the prescribed date;
- In case the applicant has not submitted the required Certificate / Statement of Mark Sheet/Degree for verification / Migration Certificate in original or other certificates, etc. submitted by him/her are found bogus or forged;
- If, after being admitted to the course, a candidate does not want to continue his / her studies on account of his / her any personal reason. If the candidature of a student is cancelled as fee defaulter or non submission of documents etc. or student does not appear in the examination after the issue of Hall Ticket, the fee paid by him/her shall neither refunded nor adjustable in any case against the next session even if he / she seeks readmission of the course.
